Welcome to Reddy Anna. These Rules and Regulations are to be read, and then use our platform. They detail the conditions that you have to adhere to in order to have a safe, legal and enjoyable betting experience. The online gaming industry in India is directed by the central laws and local regulations. The Public Gambling Act,1867, forbids running of public wagering houses, but does not specifically cover online games.
States such as Sikkim, Nagaland and Goa govern online and land based gaming through state licensing systems.
Other states -Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka have placed complete prohibitions or stringent restrictions on real-money online betting.
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (awaiting around-the-clock review) places a blanket prohibition upon real-money games, but authorises regulated skill-based gaming and esports, with platform licensing, user protection measures (such as deposit limits, self-exclusion), and advertising restrictions.
Self-regulation and player safety related to industry bodies including AIGF and FIFS have charters on ethics and best practice.
- User Eligibility & Account Use
- You should be 18 years or more or of the minimum age to play in your jurisdiction.
- Each user is allowed only one account. The account will be suspended or closed under any kind of misuse or duplication.
- KYC check and identity verification might be needed to meet the changing regulatory requirements.
